Dear Timber Creek Homeowners,
There will be a consideration of rate change discussed at the upcoming Timber Creek Water District Board Meeting on November 12, 2025 at 5:00 pm. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom and can be accessed with the following link:
If you are not already aware, your home is equipped with a shut off valve which should be the first piece of equipment after the water service line comes into your home. Should that shut off valve fail, the only way to shut off water to your home without shutting water off to the entire district is by utilizing your home’s curb stop. We recommend that you test your internal shutoff valve periodically because it is a vital tool to shut off the water in your home in the case of a leak.
