WHEREAS, pursuant to 24-6-402(2)(c) C.R.S., the Board of Directors of The Timber Creek Water District must pass a resolution at the first regular meeting of each year designating the posting place of the 24-hour agenda notice.
WHEREAS, pursuant to 32-1-903(2) C.R.S., the Board of Directors of The Timber Creek Water District must designate and post the time and place for all Board meetings.
WHEREAS, pursuant to 24-6-402(2)(c)(III) C.R.S the local public body shall be deemed to have given full and timely notice of a public meeting if the local public body posts the notice, with specific agenda information if available, on a public website of the local public body.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the Timber Creek Water District that:
- The designated posting place for the 24-hour agenda notice is located at 110 Whispering Pines Circle, Breckenridge, CO 80424 and on timbercreekwater.colorado.gov.
- In addition, the designated time and place for all Board meetings shall be at 5:00 p.m. the second Wednesday of the month of February, May, August, and November of 2025 via Zoom.
- Posting locations may be modified by the Board at any regularly scheduled public meeting by means of a Board determination and resolution.
