For over 13 years, the Timber Creek Water District has worked to reliably provide clean, quality drinking water and fire protection to the Blue River area 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The District manages, operates, and maintains a water treatment plant, 2 wells, and 13 fire hydrants in the Timber Creek estates neighborhood.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Timber Creek Water District, SummitCounty, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third (63rd) day before theelection or thereafter there were not more candidates for Director than offices to be filled,including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the
WHEREAS, pursuant to 24-6-402(2)(c) C.R.S., the Board of Directors of The Timber Creek Water District must pass a resolution at the first regular meeting of each year designating the posting place of the 24-hour agenda notice.
The TCWD Board Members meet to discuss topics such as compliance, water quality, financials, budgets, capital improvements, repairs, and the current status of the distribution system. Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings, and the agendas will be posted on the website beforehand.
