IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DRINKING WATER TIMBER CREEK WC

Backflow Prevention Annual Compliance Ratio

Este informe contiene informaci6n muy importante sobre su agua potable. Traduzcalo o hable con alguien que lo entienda bien.

Our water system recently violated a drinking water requirement. Although this situation is not a public health risk, as our customers you have a right to know what happened, what you should do, and what we are doing to correct this situation.

We did not have copies of the annual testing report for backflow prevention assemblies in the fire station in 2022. We have the test documentation from 2023 and 2024. The CDPHE deemed this violation resolved and no further action is necessary. However, we must provide you with this public notice.

What does this mean? What should I do?

There is nothing you need to do at this time.

What is being done? This issue was resolved in 2023.

For more information, please contact Scott Price at Scott@qualitywatermanagement.com or 970-389-1899.

*Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly (for example, people in apartments, nursing homes, schools, and businesses). You can do this by posting this notice in a public place or distributing copies by hand or mail.*
